For this highlight, we head to west to Amherst to the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art. This is a museum that you do not want to miss! Picture Illustration can make of break a book and the artwork at the Carle clearly show that to visitors. There are three art galleries, an art studio, a theater, along with picture book and scholarly libraries. In addition, you will find Bobbie’s Meadow, an outdoor space dedicated to teh memory of Barbara “Bobbie” Carle.
